Mutoh V-J1624WX Wide Format Printer

Description

The new ValueJet 1624WX incorporates the new generation ‘wide’ 1440 nozzle piezo drop-on-demand printhead.  Each colour section has 360 nozzles (2 x 180 nozzle rows/colour).  The head is capable of producing ink drops ranging from 3.5pl to 35pl, allowing a wider range of ink dots at a faster speed.

Mutoh Disperse Dye sublimation inks are 100% VOC free and do not contain any hazardous components.  The water-based inks have excellent nozzle stability for high speed, high volume printing.  The inks offer a large colour gamut for rich and vibrant colours and deliver top scores in light-fastness, wash-fastness, rubbing and perspiration.  Mutoh dye sublimation inks deliver perfect transfer to different materials (textiles and rigids).

The ValueJet 1624W incorporates Mutoh’s award-winning Intelligent Interweaving (i²) print technology, enabling a drastic reduction or even total elimination of horizontal banding, step mismatch banding and the visible effects of missing or misfiring nozzles.
