4.1 While the company endeavours to ensure that this site is normally available 24 hours a day, the company shall not be liable if for any reason the site is unavailable at any time for any period.

4.2 Access to this site may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond the company’s control.

5. Visitor material and conduct
5.1 Other than personally identifiable information, which is covered under the privacy policy, any material or articles you transmit or post to this Site shall be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. The company shall have no obligations with respect to such material. The company and its designees shall be free to copy, disclose, distribute, incorporate and otherwise use such material and all data, images, sounds, text and other things embodied therein for any and all commercial or non-commercial purposes.

5.5 The company shall fully co-operate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing the company to disclose the identity or locate anyone posting any material in breach of clauses 5.1, 5.2, 5.3 or 5.4.

8.2 Nothing in this legal notice shall exclude or limit the company’s liability for:

8.2.1 Death or personal injury caused by the companies negligence; or

8.2.2 Fraudulent misrepresentation; or

8.2.3 Any liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including without limitation all relevant consumer law.

8.3 If you use material on this site which results in the need for servicing, repair or correction, software or data, you assume all costs thereof.

9.  CANCELLATION / CHANGE ORDER REQUESTS

Goods must be complete, unused, and in ‘as new’ condition (e.g if Buyer has opened the box to examine the product it must have been done so without damaging the box and packaging or damaging the product in any way) and must be re-packaged as received.

Goods must be returned to Seller’s Returns Department as per our Return Policy within seven (7) days from authorisation. We are unable to accept returns of un-wanted and non-faulty items after seven (7) days.

Any ‘free gifts’ with the products must also be returned.

We are unable to accept returns of the goods where a “special order” has been raised.

Items can be cancelled as long as the item has not shipped.

10. RETURN POLICY

The Seller strives to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase(s). Please check your order/receipt as soon as it arrives to ensure you have received the intended content(s), in the right conditions. Inform our Customer Support Centre of any apparent defect or apparent non-conformity within two (2) business days of your receipt.

Defects/damaged goods

Defects or damage must be reported to the Seller within 2 (two) working days from delivery. Please retain all damaged contents, original packaging materials and shipping boxes. This is a prerequisite for filing the claim(s). (Failure to do so can result in the denial of your claim and the refund or replacement of your purchase.)

Contact our Customer Support Centre by email or telephone with a description of the defective item(s)of the nonconformity, as well as the order or invoice number.

Our Customer Support Centre will then initiate the return process and arrange for a product replacement to be sent to you.

Please include a copy of your invoice, along with the returned item in its original packaging.

Our carrier will contact you to agree a day/time a driver will come and pick up the package(s).

If necessary, Westec will reship your order to you ASAP. (Please note all items are subject to their availability.)

Returns of unwanted items

Returns cannot be accepted without prior authorisation from Seller and a returns number. The returns authorisation is only valid for seven (7) days. We will arrange collection by courier for you and the appropriate charges will be applied to your refund. Goods sent back to Seller without prior authorisation will be returned back to you and the extra delivery cost will be applied to your account.

A full refund of the cost of the goods is wholly conditional upon the above conditions being met and the refund authorised only after a full inspection of the goods by our Returns department to check for completeness and correct product return.

Goods received back complete as new and unused and in original box and packaging including all accessories and in a re-sellable condition: You will be refunded the full invoice amount less cost of delivery.

Goods received back complete as new and unused and in original box and packaging but with accessories missing: You will be refunded the full Invoice price – less delivery charges and cost of accessories.

Goods received back not in a re-sellable condition: We are unable to accept these back under the above terms and the goods will be returned back to you and the cost of delivery charged to your account.

Refunds will be processed within one to two working days.

11.  Governing law and jurisdiction 

This legal notice shall be covered by and construed in accordance with English law. Disputes arising in connection with this legal notice shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
